Roller Rockers.............

How do you install them?  I have never done rollers on a motor and have no clue as of what to do.

BBC 454 rollers, can anybody help me out? or should i take them to a shop and have a professional put them on?

Yeah thats what i thought, i was thinking just do it......but i dont want to fug anything up!! i have way too much time and $$ invested in this pile o shit to just start cuting corners now..

Sav do you have guide plates & new studs what push rods do you have and how do you know what length to use you need to index them to see what push rod you need then get right length call me and I will help you Elwood better safe than :banghead:

How big is the lift on your cam?  Chevy long slot rockers (stamped steel) can take up to .550 lift and have an H stamped in them.

Unless I'm missing something... the hardest part is going to be adjusting your valves, and you'd need to do that with either one. One thing I did notice on mine , is that when I snugged the locks down, it seemed to back off on the valve adjustment a wee bit..hopefully that made sense.
