The only place that I know you can get one just walking in some what local is Skip Jack. The make skip jack fishing boats and scoop. They are in Hesperia Ca 888-947-8337 part # ET-112 would look nice on your boat! I don't think they make one that looks like the one you have in the picture.

I used paint stripper from homedepot. And some time

aircraft paint remover and a nylon bristol brush hit it with the pressure washer. Don't get it on your skin though.
