HELP
My truck Is acting up again , wont start  .  Its an 89 Chevy 3500 / 454 .  I have fuel flow at the injectors.  No spark at the plugs, It has spark on the coil wire so I changed the cap and rotor, still nothing on the plug wires  , WTF !!!  .  I did have to change the dist about a year ago because it broke the trigger thing for the computer .  Could it be the dist again ?  I was thinking maybe its fireing the coil when the rotor is not lined up with anything.  Everything looks ok in the dist (no broken parts this time)   And Yes the dist is turning  . Or maybe the computer  .  Im lost on this one now 

 Thanks , but I got it going  .  You can all call me a dumb ass, it was the coil.  It showad spark but it wasnt enough to jump the gap from the rotor to the cap.  I put in a new coil and it fired right up .  Drove it around the block and it runs good again.  I guess I was VERRY lucky I made it home from L.A. a few weeks ago.

btw, Its a good thing I have more than one vehicle, last night the smog pump on the mustang locked-up in the driveway on my way home . So, the truck and the car were both broken  . I had to drag out the motorcycle to gather parts today  .  Now everything works again, and I needed a day of tinkering in the garage anyway (therapy) . And it gave me a reason to play sick from work today  .

Yea Yea , I know .  I would sell it but at 10 mpg nowbody wants to buy it  .  I bet your motorhome gets better mpg than my truck
