SIR YOU ROCK!  that is perfect,  i almost had it right.   okay,  one last question,  the valve you mentioned anything special about it?  just a water pressure valve right? should i put a pressure gauge after it  so i can adjust it?

This is what you want, I am by no means advertising for the company in the link, but I have bought from them before and they delivered quickly.  I believe 1 has a built in gauge. IF you find one cheaper let me know where cause I am thinking of installing one also ;)

WOOHOO!!!!  she's alive!!!!   i'm still waiting on the water regulator, but with just running the motor with a hose for a few minutes, no problems and the kicker, she sounds really good!  doesn't seem to have any wierd noises coming from the bearings or anything like that.

hopefully i'll have the regulator soon and get it installed. . . still hoping for the weekend!

THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!  I'LL UPDATE AGAIN ONCE ITS BEEN IN THE WATER!

hay maybe too late, but make sure your hoses at each stage are = length, or one side will run hoter. water is lazy, it will take the easiest rout/root. and the flush kit you install shoud have a ball valve in it & be able to allow water to go to the motor & the
jet pump. if only to engine the pump will overheat & have excessive wear on the impeller & wear ring when using flusher.
i am vary poor with computer skills, my hot wife will post pictures of this flush kit/system soon! you can buy it at the local hardwere store, it about 8 pieces around 30$ but will save you $$$$ in pump wear. & no pics of her, mine, all mine. boat safe, remember if a boater is in need , maybe one day it could be you!!!! help-each-other..... & party. >:D O0 ;D
