the engine is brand new so having it be wore out and getting blow by isnt the issue..
i have since realized that what im after isnt this at all and what im wanting is a puke tank/breather box setup

What rings? Unless they are cast iron they will take some time to cut in.
Chrome Moly rings can take as much as 20 hours of run time to break in.

Had a customer put Amsoil in his brand new 454 several years ago, never broke in the rings....It pumped frothy crap from the breathers like a MOFO... Tore it down, a quick hot tank and hone, new iron rings and it actually broke in before it left the shop. He put the Amsoil back in after it had some time on it...I broke it in on Chevron brand Delo 400....

Something to think about.
