Weiand stealth on a 460
« on: May 26, 2010, 08:15:23 AM »
I'm running a 466, probe flat tops, edelbrock 95 cc heads, 850 holley, comp cams xm278 cam.
I had a victor on but am replacing that today with the stealth.   The carb right now has
77 main jets and 80's in the rear.

I'm just wondering what the people running this intake wound up with with jets.
I'd like to be in the ball park when we take it out.   What power valves?  Mine are 3.5's now.

4 hole spacer or open?   I noticed this intake doesn't have the cut between plunums like the rpm air
gap.

Thank you  ;D

I'd start with 80 jets front, 84 rear. 4 hole, 2" spacer. Power valves seem good to me.

Thank you, I'll give it a try.   I'll probably use a 1" spacer though.... it will be through the sun
deck with 2  :sly:

Taco'd "a person or people that show up with one lake lice and a family of 50 and cram 3 people at a time on it with no disregard to boating rules or ethics. Usualy crap in toilets and throw shit paper in trash cans. Hang out at the boat ramp like its a swimming hole. Have zero insurance on anything they own and dont give two shits less about your property."

I'll take $250 for it.  It's like new.  I'll post some pics today after work.

I'll be taking it to work to refresh the finish next week then list
it for sale on ebay.   This pic is right after it was taken off the engine and a pic of the engine
with the stealth.

All cleaned up and ready to go.  Any offers?   It goes on the blocks sunday
