So if was to bolt these heads on a bone stock 460 standard bore stock cast intake in place of my stock DV3E-A2A heads what type of gains would I most likely see?

On the dyno, you'd probably see a small power gain from about 3500-5000 rpm. In the boat with A impeller, you might not see much at all. And you might bend intake valves, although not too likely in a "bone stock 460" what with its small cam and pistons 0.045" in the hole. Frankly ported D0VE heads would make the bone stock 460 jet boat at least as fast and probably faster than the A429s.
Those A429 Cobra Jet heads pictured above would really shine in a well planned stroker.
