Wiring up a 2 wire BBC distributor

Any idea how I can wire this up? It's a BBC distributor, 2 wires. Does it need a msd box? Want to get rid of my dual points distributor in the cruiser which is just using a coil and ballast resistor.

Gonna need some kinda box with that. Bag it and put an HEI in it, self contained.
