460" (.030 454) 4 bolt, steel crank, stock rods with ARP 7/16 bolts and Kieth Black hyp pistons with file fit moly rings, Oval heads, Comp hyd cam. Brand new long block just built, machined by Osbore Racing in Temecula. 2 hours on it and a rod bolt loosened and caused a spun rod bearing. The rod bolts were not propery seated and the torque backed off on the rod bolts. Luckily, it happened at idle and not while running hard, so it didn't tear anything up. The motor need to torn down, crank turned, rods big ends resized, and put back together with new bearings. Pistons and bores look new and cam broke in nicely.
Project includes timing cover, balancer, oil pan, valve covers, valve train, polished manifold, Holley 750 carb, dist, polished flange cooled logs, adn Fel Pro head gaskets. Would be worth high 3k complete with exhaust. Easy fix for somebody with a little time on their hands. Looking for $1700 complete. I could even re-assemble it's needed. Perfect 9.5:1 pump gas river motor.
