The certification date for filling is out of date it is 5 years from stamp date. The bottle would have to be re certified to be filled.

Close it cost around 40 bucks for a re cert. also it looks like a ten pound bottle

i cant imagine the danger of an out of cert full nitrous bottle sitting in 110* heat in the sun.  kaboom.  sink sink glug glug...
