That's a pretty good deal but I have dealt with Ernie before. For him to sell something that cheap makes me wonder about it. If anyone goes to look at it pull the valve covers and pan and try to get a compression test. If he won't do it walk away.

Don't want anyone to over pay like I did for junk.
