Gt the imco are pricy, are they really that much higher quality or performance compared to the indmars. By the time you buy the riser you could by the indmars brand new. The indmar seam like it would be pretty straight forward conversion from logs?
I bought then when I had my shop and built the Crusader, let's just say the boat was a write off. Lol
The IMCO are a tuned manifold and the riser mixing is second to none, all stainless and polished to perfection, it was more of a looks thing than a performance thing. They are not cheap (like almost $3k)
I have a bunch of the stuff from the marathon motor installed on that boat.
We built another motor for it, but after my accident we had to sell it off to pay bills. We were going to put a blown 540 in it. It's a good thing we didn't finish it, the boat does 70 the way it is and any faster it would be sketchy AF.
We bought the boat for $1,500 sitting on a brand new triple axle Trail Rite trailer.
