All cleaned up but went with a demon instead.  Vacuum secondary.  Needs a power valve and gasket kit.  The secondary shaft needs to be lubricated or something.  Im a carb noob and went with one that was working rather than a rebuild. i really have no idea if its worth anything, make an offer.
