Does any one have pictures of how there exhaust is set up from risers to tips. I just installed my exhaust and need to finish it. Just want to make sure I do it right.

From pump, to tee, tee to rear of manifolds,  front of manifolds to front of block,  from thermostat housing to risers.

You will need the stainless restrictor plates between the manifold and riser.

Yep,  should be all you need,  the water leaves the riser around the outlet and cools the exhaust.

Where could I get some good bolts for my exhaust?  The length is where I'm having a problem 1" 1/2".   Would I be able to use 1 1/4" bolts?

I use them for work once in a while.

For my personal stuff I either cruise down to my local hardware store or use McMaster Carr on line. If McMaster don't have it, you don't need it.  Lol

Awesome. I know McMaster from when I used to work in the machine shop. Forgot all about them. I bought some from home depo but they are cheap.

Technically speaking, grade 8 is grade 8.

No such animal.

Stainless is graded differently than carbon steel.

Didn't know that. What should I use for the exhaust bolts?  Stainless or carbon steel?

These are 1-3/4" long, but you get the idea.

The gold color is cadmium, which is a mil spec for corrosion resistance, no longer done in the US.
