I used 'Rocket Headers' stainless steel sprint car headers on my SBC. and added water lines.

First set was Schoenfeld sprint car headers in steel, added water lines, and painted them 2 or 3 times a season to prevent the rust. (in the pic)

I couldn't see $1275+ for Bassetts at the time...
