not sure if Ford or Chevy. measurements are 3 1/4 hole to hole and 1 7/8 hole to hole. moves freely. doesnt feel sloppy. might be able to use a season. u decide. $60 bucks

That's a Rockwell unit, bolts to the crank using 4 of the flywheel/flexplate bolt holes. No pto adapter needed.
Olds, Ford and Chevy patterns available, what this one is, I don't know, but I have an Olds and Chevy ones that Ill compare, but it's at the river.. and I'm not til Saturday.
