Me and Hallet Dave, RELUCTANTLY, answered Rivertard's pitiful plea to help an animal who was drowning. 'Tard's exact words were "you guys are animal lovers aren't you? This cow is gonna drown without help." Now I admit that I kinda went out for the curiosity factor of how does a cow get in the river in the first place factor BUT I was not expecting the show on the beach. Laugh all you want, but it was me that had to explain "the show" to my 6 and 9 yr old boys.
Honestly the hardest part to explain was Gabe. Dude ain't right, that's all I gotta say. My kids seen plenty of naked people(we spend a lot of time at San Onofre), but never seen a cow so pissed off that it tries to drill a dumb ass human into the ground.

"Dad, why is that guy trying to ride an angry cow? You can tell it doesn't want him on it's back." I know son, but drunk peeps do strange things.

Alright, it's a beautiful day, Who is working on their boat and what are you doing?

I've got the first stage of color sanding done. Starting on the next finer grit after eating some lunch.

Still need to install the new steering and throttle cables, but I've got the wiring harnesses replaced and already had it running.

I just started tinkerin with my block...plugged all the oil holes back up and just put the mains in and torqued them down to check them. Just need to find a mic and bore gauge to borrow so i can check em. I really should get a set of my own.

I just finished ripping all the nasty oil filled carpet out of the flatty, made some bases for the new back to back seats.

Just rebuilt spark plugs, got new alternator belts and made 1/4" aluminum backing plates for my swimstep bracketry, that's about to get sanded and polished.

Starting to work on the front carb got fuel coming out the top. Shouldn't be no biggy.

My main problem this summer is going to be trying to afford gas.

Blythe-91=$4.63 a gallon.

Got the color sanding done but found I was almost out of polish and wax. That's alright because my elbows are done for the day.

It's looking good. Can't wait to get it back on the water.

With multiple GoPros running Brad should be able to put together an awesome video of the event.
