Awesome thanks, not to sound like an idiot but what hotels are the best for the southwind regatta? I grew up goin to Walters camp and gilmores camp down south on the river, haven't been down there In YEARS!!

I hate to be 'that guy' but you need to ask on the event thread about the Southwind Regatta. I dont know that area that well either so the discussion will be valuable there.

When abouts were you goin to Walters Camp??? I grew up going there too! River ratted in the summers and desert toys through the winters... Small world! 😀

Hey guys and gals, the wife and I are trying to make the trip this weekend, just curious about some of the details.

Where is everyone launching and is there a meet up spot?

I think we'll be heading out Friday afternoon, staying at one of the hotels in town, spending the day on the water with you guys Saturday and unfortunately heading for home Saturday evening (we have a prior engagement on Sunday).
