So I just spent 23 minutes on the phone  19 min a which I was on hold with the Blue Water. When she finally got on the phone I gave her all my info, group code and credit card# then I ask her if we can get a room on the marina side. She said no not with the socal jet boat group rate and that we would have to pay full price. I read here exactly what the thread read and she said sorry sir that's not the case and I can't make changes to this, your guy will have to call my boss to make changes to this. I never asked her to make any changes i politely read her what the forum thread read. I think her name was Sabrina I told her never mind don't book me anything then. WTF!!! Has anybody else had this problem?

Just called the Blue Water tonight to make our reservations. I spoke to a girl named Amber who was very pleasant Han no problems reserving a marina view room. Amber also saw we had an existing reservation for a non marina room so the total (B#+%#) Sabrina I talked to the first time a couple weeks ago never bothered canceling our reservation. Kinda like DMV it depends on who you talk to. If making a reservation ask for Amber.
