I think everyone is launching out of the day beach next to the Inn, but it's $25.00 / day, boat and truck.

Ive been there once a couple years ago but i only had my ski at the time. we stayed at the BR rv park. is that where everybody launches ? and i know when we went the middle of the river was only about knee deep

Horizonjet, the day use area is right next to Big River Inn where most of us will be staying.
Some will be staying in Parker at the Motel 6 etc. approx. 10 - 15 minutes away.
Couple of hang outs up river, one at a sandbar and one other at a cove near the dam by the
bridge crossing over into Parker.

Good gas and consumables ( beer ) in Parker.
Nite time entertainment within walking distance of the Inn.

The Big River Inn and day beach ( launch ramp ) are just down river from Big River RV Park.
Hope that helps, check Google maps and you'll see everything except maybe the sandbar.
What day might you guys be showing up for the weekend ?

I have reservations at the Best Western. Will anybody be there? I'm 1st on the on deck list for Big River Inn but not holding my breath.

USC, you never know, usually the closer it gets then some start dropping out for various reasons.
I think there are six rooms not connected with SCJB at Big River. Keep your hopes up, theres always the
parking lot if you indulge too much at Dumas'. And plenty of pick up truck beds !!! ha ha...

I will be showing up early on sat. and have not decided to spend nighht or not. Wifwe cant get off work so I will be solo for this one.

lol. Thanks for the insight. I'm planning on getting there early Friday morning and going on the water that day as well.
