Big River Park....

If youre coming down Rice Road (Hwy 62)....Turn down Rio Mesa Drive towards the river (theres a large big river sign at the intersection)

Take it all the way down until it ends. You will see a "Big River Inn" sign, just to the right, theres a gate that goes down the hill....pay the man $25 (yeah, natives sticking it to the white man) and hang a right....we usually hang out down at the end. Theres a launch ramp down there we use.

So we have less than a week left....

who's going when?

My dad flys into vegas Thursday evening. We are going to drive down early Friday morning. Maybe launch friday morning on the parker strip and have breakfast at road runner...then pull out and go down to big river mid day friday. We are staying at big river until monday morning.

well, for those who are getting there friday morning or thursday night...lets plan a little 1/2 day trip on the parker strip for breakfast at road runner then a dam run

I'll either launch from bluewater or that small ramp off riverside drive

my pops hasnt seen the parker strip in probably 30 years

Correct me if I'm wrong but foxes is dock parking only....my low freeboard boat doesn't have a fighting chance to stay afloat after the first wakeboard boat goes by....RR at least has the beach.

New motor won't be in the boat by this weekend so I just cancelled our reservations at Big River. She said they have a waiting list so one of you luck people should be getting a call soon.
