If you're going to watch racing... good luck on that one... plenty of bench racing... very few actual racing except for the 4 wide 60mph every direction shit.

Now if you want to see some really nice trailer queens idle up to the "sandbar" and sit all day... this event is fucking awesome!

I do hear Friday is much better than Saturday and there is some actual racing going down... but having gone 4 different times only on Saturday... it is quite the shit show.

Yeah... or not. I'll stick to events held south of the diversion dam... you know... where when someone says, "sandbar", they're actually describing something made up of this shit called SAND.

Having a hard time finding time to go to events, so it's gonna have to be just Southwind Regatta

and YPT

for me.

Who puts together this event? Well, at least who does the event shirts? I want to make sure out of respect that its cool I sell SCJB stuff there without stepping on toes. Last year I waited for the event shirts to sell out before I set up shop on Saturday.

it's running 60 at 5500. Seems to have some blow by, we are going to take it back home probably after Labor Day weekend, give it some new headers rings and valve job, but we haven't had any real problems with it. My buddy loves it.
