Read doing my stringers what materials should I use

So I’m About to redo my stringers and would like to know what mesh material I need and what resin to use also what is the best wood to use for stringers

Depending on whether you want to use stinky or not (poly or vinyl ester resins) or go with epoxy will change the glass, you shouldn't use Mat with epoxy.

So you will likely stick with cloth and finish cloth, the weight of the material depends on many factors...

As for lumber, you will either want to use clear, kiln dried Douglas Fir or clear kiln dried mahogany ($$$$$$).

There is a lot more to it, but I think this answers your questions.
