Hello. Im contemplating buying a southwind tunnel dragster project boat. Its a bare hull no rigging what-so-ever. Fiberglass hull on a tandem trailer. Does any one know what a fair price for this would be? The seller wants $3500. Seems a bit high. The seller is absolutely firm on his price.

good project. it depends on the shape of the hull. i would say its worth it if there was no fiberglass work flawless and paint was in good shape. but just remember what money you put in your not going to ever get out..

I wouldnt pay more than 2000 for a bare hull. But im cheap! 

my buddy bought a complete swtd last year turn key for 5500. it isnt a slouch either.

 Jim Brock has one for sale give him a call if he still has it.

I don't know Jim or his #. What condition is the boat in?
