I don't think they ever had emblems.  The name has always been pinstriped, and that's how I programmed this emblem.

Average price is $165 a pair, cut from .120", 304 stainless. Price includes buttery polish, and insured, priority shipping.  The Cheetahs were $165.

That is exactly what I am looking for. Was thinking 3m double sided tape to apply them on the boat.

I can cut the emblem without holes if you want, or with just in case......

That molding tape should work fine.  Take into consideration that the script is very narrow.
