In my humble opinion I wouldnt strap your boat down by the jets bowl. I believe someone on here can tell you about there issues with that. The eyebolts are pretty cheap and the better way to tie it down.
Why wouldn't you strap it down to the bowl? That's probably the strongest part of the entire boat! There's 38 bolts holding the pump to the boat, along with a thick layer of epoxy! I'm not saying that you're wrong, I'm just curious about the reason. Thanks.
It's a good way to get your intake to start leaking!
