Likeley that your boat may have started with a Bay jet and was "upgraded" or repaired with a Berkeley suction housing (they obviously reused the BJ transom adaptor) hard to tell but it also aprears they may reused the Bayjet bowl and steering as well , The similarities are huge and many parts will exchange and interchange within the two jets , the intake , for example has the same basic footprint as the Berk 12j a,b,c&g but a few bolt holes need relocating to make the swap , the biggest down side to the Bayjet is the bowl and a simple upgrade to a Bayjet is a Berk or aftermarket bowl (worth instant MPH) Loks like a decent boat and good project call if we can help or answer questions Tom
