I’m replacing my nozzle o ring and while I was trying to take out one of the nyliner bearings (plastic things around the shafts that pivot) on the bowl, a piece of what it seams like epoxy broke off. Looks like there was a recessed area there before. Do I re apply epoxy and smooth it out like before or take it all off?

Also it looks like I have 2 different nyliner bearings, the thinner white ones came from the sides for the up and down motion, and the thicker black ones where the top and bottom steering section. Berkeley website only has the white ones. The white ones fit loose on the steering section, so where do I get the black ones from?

Take that stuff off....i bet they tried to fill it to make your nozzle fit or something...that looks like a JC bowl....ditch your original nozzle and jetavator and just get the kit from place diverter for your pump

Thanks for the grainger tip I mic’d the bushings ordered exactly what I needed and got them next day!
It looks like my je bowl has that recessed area originally looking at the Berkeley website so I’m just going to take it off and for the price of some bushings and an o ring I’ll just give it a test at the local lake and see what it does before I buy anything else

Well glad i was able to help ya in the direction....yeah ive been over at my buds house working on installing the gas tanks and sanded the boat today and buffed the red real good
