Ok guys got a couple questions on my pump. One; dose anyone know of to rebuild these things that could show me or help me do it?
I am pretty sure I can walk you through it...
Number two this growling that everyone talks about or vibration is this going forward or is it in reverse? Now the reason why I'm asking is while I'm going forward it's perfectly fine but the minute I put the bucket down.
This is normally from additional cavitation because the reverse throws a bunch of bubbles into the pump. I consider it quite normal.
To back up it feels like it's growling if that makes sence.
It does, Like I said, normal.
Number three; The last time I took her out I was at big river an noticed it squirting water out where the rope seals are around the shaft now I know theirs suppose to be a piece (I forgot the name of it sorry) but it's got like 2 bolts on it an u can tighten them how bad is this beacuae I don't have one thanks guys
What pump? The pieces are galled packing lands.
I'm in the process of getting her ready for this summer oh an another thing I was in parker for the tube float last year from parker to big river it also didn't feel like I had nearly the same power I did I'll try an awnser all ur guys questions also its a 12jc just so you guys know thanks agian
