I'm speaking from the east but here when someone gives you an answer like that
it usually means they don't know any more than the person asking.
 ;D

I'd like to help you but I don't know either.  Guess I'm dumb too.  ::)

the most simple answer i can give is, the ability to add on a droop. the c bowl does not have the bolt on flange.

As much as I would like to answer you in an adult mature way....Well, I can't.   ;D

Simply put, a JC bowl actually has smoother longer transitions and the straightest run to get the water through the pump.

That being said, the only reason to switch to a JG is to have the ability to manipulate where and at what thrust angle the water leaves the pump.

If your hull and set up needs more bow lift (in all honesty, who don't?) to be able to fly the hull and has the HP to sustain the lift without porpoising, then possibly converting to a G style bowl and utilizing a droop or even some wedge may help you, but without more information about how your stuff runs as is, I believe it would be just throwing money around to see if it sticks.... ;)

I hope this answers your question.
