Sorry for the teaser last night, it was getting late.

So i know you all have probably seen a blown out o-ring but here is my concern...

I can only assume this is the original dominator piece, only markings i can see on it is cast 12-102

The "bottom" boss (for lack of a better term) has a machined "cup" in it but the top is pretty flat.  the plastic bushing shoulder doesnt sit flat.  is this part upside down?  also the pump side pin boss to pin boss measures 5.64" without the bushings and the place diverter boss to boss measures 5.45". is this too much vertical movement?

Also, i noticed that this part is smaller on the inside then the back of the pump housing, like a LOT,  at least 1/4" step all the way around and the worst part is pushing 3/8" i would say.  Is this normal?  dominator have a bad batch?

Anyone else run into this on theirs?  Wonder how much velocity this is losing?

Guess its time to get the carbides out.... >:D

i pulled the nozzle housing off and it actually has a register built into it with a big flat lip/step/ledge.  i looked in my brothers droop and it doesnt have this.  Is this lip only on original nozzle housings? i assume maybe it is to "center" the housing on the bowl but since the droop doesnt have one, how important is it?

Heat up the aluminum around the pin really good. Drip a little on pins. Hammer the side of aluminum with hammer or mallet. It will fall right out.
