Dominator Pump Leaking

Had an issue at Havasu this week. It seems as my pump is leaking...wear ring? Decent thrust with 2 people onboard. Could barely get out of it's own way with 4-6 onboard. 

I took a video (stills attached) of what I believe is the problem and would appreciate opinions /thoughts.

It's not the wear ring. There is a plastic O ring that goes on the place diverter and slides back & forth inside the steering nozzle when you steer. Looks like it's missing and maybe a bigger gap than normal between PD & steering nozzle.

Just saw your post, had to work today. You can get them from anyone selling jet parts.

It's the white plastic ones in the pic, you only need 1.

Replaced the O-ring today as suggested👍🏽. Ran it in the driveway. I'm probably paranoid but what's the opinion on the water leakage just above the rudder shaft...normal?
Haven't had a chance to test it in Elsinore yet.
