Got no droop on the boat now and it runs 74 on GPS.
My Tahiti had an agressor "short" droop on it and I could feel the difference once I installed it. I've been looking at the Place HPH diverter as well, looks a lot like my old one, then there's the "Snoot" from HTP.
I guess my question is this;
what droop/snoot do you guys use?
Why?
How noticeable was the differnce?
What do you guys think of the various droops out there?
Thanks for the help

The droop = lift at the back of the boat
Straight snoot = leverage at the front of the boat
I think

The guys you find on these pages are a great group. Get together with them, come out to the lake with them, borrow every snoot,droop,wedge, shim, scoop, shoe, plate from them, then you will know what works best for your specific boat.

I'm currently running the Aggressor droop with a 2* down wedge. However I'll probably end up wedging up so that the boat runs its best with the diverter dead straight.
Boat is an 18' Marlin Tigershark, 454 bored .030 over, 500Hp/500ft lbs. Spinning an American Turbine AB impeller at 5400RPM. White Lightning loader and no shoe/rideplate.
Before the droop she ran 76mph.
After the droop/wedge combo she ran 79.
