I'm sure you can do it as long as you have the measurements AND the intake has to come out . That is usually a bitch .

I know they're sensitive on their adjustment in how changes made to the ride plate affect the boat...

Sorry about being so scatter brained . The only bitch will be getting the right shoe or at least a close one so your set-up isn't completely fuked up . Also get an angle for the ride plate to sit at . This is a huge can of adjustable worms   so try not to make too many changes at once .

Start with one item like a handfull of shoe's. Some folks will let you barrow them so you can find the one that works on your boat so long as one provide at least one . Armed with a GPS so you can track progress (good or bad) .
Once you optimized performance with that you move onto the next thing. I'm sure with your backround you know how to go from one thing to the next.

Let me get you some names so you can familiarize yourself with the rogers . Rigger I'm sure has alot of helpfull info as well .

dude you've got my old Rogers!
last i saw it was in the 909 and the new owner had trashed it good. looked like he left it outside in the dirt with no cover for a year. also looked like he ran into and over a bunch of shit. does the trailer still have airbags on it?

i hope it is. It was for sale about a year ago and i went to check it out on behalf of my cousin, who was looking for a jet boat. Since i restored it just a couple years before i knew it would be a good boat for him. When i went to check it out in Norco i couldt believe how trashed it was. my jaw hit the floor. the guy that owned it literally destroyed it. front to back, top to bottom it was messed up. I hope the new owner has fixed it up. it was a super nice boat when i sold it.

Not that my boat is in anyway shape or form cherry , but it's my baby and if I were to sell it and then run across it again in even worse (if thats possible) condition . I'd turn and run away cryin like a 6 year old girl .  :'(
