Is there a way to slow down the speed on the diverter? Also how are you guys mounting the up and down switch. I have a toggle mounted on the dash but it is located in a akward position while i am driving. I have seen the ones from place diverter but there big and bulky and want something that looks clean or are you guys making your own.  TIA
