Hydraulic PD Hose

So I found out the hard way that the plastic ice maker hose at Lowe's doesn't hold up worth a damn for the pressure the place diverter pump puts out. I think Dennis told me to get the stuff at Napa Parts. Is this the shit to get? Lowe's compression fittings work or do I need to go with something else? Dont have time for shipping so I'm lookin to grab this shit local.

I don't know if you have them in Vegas area but in SoCal, Hoseman is the place to go for hydraulic fittings. Try Nevada house of hose in your area, looks similar to Hoseman

You cannot use poly. You need Nylon.  Should be rated at 1200PSI for 1/4". NAPA should have it,  I think Lowe's sells it as well,  it will be black,  yellow,  red,  blue,  or sold white,  not opaque.

Just get hydraulic SS line for trim tabs
I got these at teague but any boat shop carries them. Mine are 6ft lengths
I never liked the idea of nylon lines and the first time I had one pop I switched them out

So I went to Napa, they had no sort of plastic hoses at all. Went to house of hose, they didn't have anything I needed either. Drove all the way to all hose in the traffic and they only had stuff rated at 500lbs but it seems much thicker than standard Bennett line.

Glad I don't live near Vegas. I'd probably kill myself.

Go to a truck supply place and ask for an air bag air line kit, either Air Lift or Firestone.

NAPA store should have had it in stock if they were worth their sand.

The 1/4" lone that I have is rated 1120psi DOT approved(not that it matters)

This is what Bennett representatives say about this topic...

For this reason I will only use the Bennett printed stuff... Not worth the minuscule monetary savings...

If you would of called Place Diverter and ordered a 20ft roll of it you would of had it by now and it would be fixed.
