I want to know if it's worth adding a loader on a jacuzzi WJ?

A properly tuned loader will keep the impeller loaded more consistently. Loader style will depend on HP, hull size/style, intended use, among a host of other things.
Worth? That's your call. A 100 dollar boat and a 200 dollar loader? maybe not.

He would know what works, and might even have one at the shop, IDK.

I have the SE style loader in my WJ.  Unfortunately it's all I've ever run, so I don't have anything to compare it to.

Same thing here- 2 loaders, both of 'em in the pumps when I got them.
