Rebuilt pump now slipping and vibrates

I'm dead in the water here in Elsinore . Redid the floor gauges pump.  Launch out no wake zone went out for my first spin and nothing.  Revs up to 3,000 rpms and shakes like no other and does not go anywhere.  I bought a Berkeley rebuild kit and a place diverter impeller after tear down u realized my impeller was shot.  Any ideas?  All new seals bearings and impeller I'm wondering what I did wrong.  Before it did not shake at all it just was a work pump .

Try snugging up the packing just a wee bit.

Looks like I'm back at square one, another damn rock!!!! I don't know when or how all I did was get from the wake zone and out and surprise another rock!!!! Hopefully I didn't damage anything

La Laguna , tried to launch in the other side but it was closed the water level is too low.  One thing I noticed was all the signs warning for low water levels even when you enter they highly advise to be cautious , I just don't get it.

I suppose that's the only possible way, I can't see how big it is so I'm guessing I should pull the bowl off and get it out?  Seems to be wedged in there fairly snug .

the shade of green on that rock screams Elsinore, it's so friggin easy to pick up rocks there right now, last time I was there I was floating about 200' off the shore fixing a plug wire that popped off and my buddy and myself both sucked up some rocks.
