i've used both GE 100% silicone and DAP 100% silicone...

The GE stuff dried a little foggier the DAP was a lot more crystal clear

i used clear... They both worked equally well

I remember from years ago someone asked the same thing and Tom from Jet Boat Performance said anything that is 100% silicone.

Just picked these up.  100% silicone and 100% waterproof

The red label ones are indoor, the blue label ones are outdoor. Iv used both, and the blue one seems a lot better and it actually says right on the tube it resists sunlight and weather.

Just my 2c.

I didn't even notice that.  Just saw 100 percent waterproof and silicone. More than likely I'll have my pump torn apart soon and I'll give the blue a try on the next go around.
