Its very comparable to Laughlin. When its 112 and humid out, Damn it feels good. Nothing to whine about. As far as being crowded, that was the busiest I I've seen it. Usually about 15 trailers at any time in the parking lot

theres a lot of kayak'ers up there....you gotta dodge them as they are all over the river. they have zero sense to stay off to the side.

Towards the end of the evening i made a short sprint up the the river and came upon one lone kayak'er who put town his paddle to plug his ears as I passed.....i hooked a turn right around him and took off. I am sure i got a complaint from him too.

About the ranger.....I got a ticket for no registration numbers. He told me he would normally do a safety check, but didnt want to get wet. Considering everything, the $50 ticket for no reg numbers was a slap on the wrist as I didnt have a USCG life vest (just my lifeline), no throwable, no fire extinguisher, no nose maker, no flame arrester, no muffling device w/ dry headers, etc....he could have had a field day.

After I got the ticket I went out and made a few passes after he left. He was back at the beach to great me when I returned from my up river sprint. He was upset, but didnt have anything to pin on me other than noise. I dont think he had a DB tester, so I just got a very stern warning and told me "if you want to do your turns, go up river"....basically just wanted me away from his park so I wasnt his problem.

Anyways...it was a great day overall...it was good to see gord one last time before he shipped back off to canadia.

in all honesty the guy was an asshat. But it probably was a good thing he got called away lights and sirens and could not pester us at the launch ramp. the 1 thing i couldnt figure out was he told us it was illeagle to make a wake within 50 feet of shore ,not quite sure how to make a pass in the middle and stop the waves before they reach the shore.  :screwy:  :screwy:

Even though the cop could have gotten Brad on a whole bunch of stuff, it still pisses me off that he had nothing better to do than come down to our beach, and look for something to bitch about. Which was looking for reg numbers. GAY!

Oh ya, I forgot the fun we had on the way out there:

I was a little nervous about the spare doing the same thing to me, with the cracks it had, and the lack of air in the tire, with nowhere to air it up. But it made it home safe.. Thanks again to all that helped out! I owe you. I hate buying tires :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Whos is the white one? That is sharp. They are all nice lookers but the white one just looks clean. Not a lot of hardware cluttering up the deck, like my pig. And I dig the back seat.
