Just putting this out there. I work for BNSF railroad. We need people like crazy in North Dakota. I doubt many people want to go there for work, but if interested PM and I can give you some more info.

A friend of mine's Fiance is up there and might be looking for work. How can I get him in touch with the right people?

Have him go to bnsf.com and and do a job search in that state. The position will be for mechanical laborer. Have him fill it out. There will be a spot for how he heard about the job. He needs to put employee referal and then type my name in. Brandon Ptacnik. After he does that let me know and I'll make the calls. $18.80 to start I believe and he can transfer after a year if he wants.

Depends on the position, most people get on as a conductor and you are gone all the time. I'm in the mechanical department, I work five days a week and am home every day.8 hr day. But most people call it better not start a family lol

My cousin just went to North Dakota with BNSF. He's been there a month. Kid went from scraping by to already putting 1/3 of his checks towards retirement... He also says the local bar is packed with babes lol
