Interior / Filling in all the screw holes

I've got a pretty big job ahead of me,filling in all the screw holes from old side panels.desided to run with none of that stuff.ive seen a bunch of you guys in the videos all over the waters.it sure looks much cleaner.so I guess my big question is what do you guys use for such small holes.

I let my 68 short bed sit for 4 years,with a little under quarter tank.thinking just add good clean fuel and it will be all good.hell no,finally drains tank pulled the carb off.the carb was so gummed up about a 1/16 of an inch of crud from the gas.could not clean it up enough so I bought another carb.ran great till I sold it off.
