From what I’ve read on these forums over the years, the cracks are actually in the fiberglass. That means to fix it properly you’d have to grind out the crack and feather the fiberglass back in.
If you were to just re-gel over the crack, I think it would just come back as the hull flexes.

Hello fellow jet heads! I’m new hear. Just purchased my first jet. Love her. Thinkin of naming her Blew Bawlz! Lol. Anyway. She has a 460 Berkley A. Currently 750 Holly. Tunnel ram dry Bassett’s! 5k rpm WOT. Don’t know the internals. Want to throw a roller cam set up in her. Looking for an education in proper specs for a jet. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated! TIA!
