Ok, Find out if forged pistons, crank and 4 bolt. So I can torture myself some more........

4 bolt bottom I would assume. What heads and where is it and how firm are you?

But like I said, we got lazy. If i can get 3500 for the motor, I will be at what was our bottom line for the complete package. 10G. Did I mention winter sux.
A complete Boat is always worth more together than separate...I never understood why so many boats get sold sans motor, makes no sense to me...
I do however think your big block is worth more than $3500, but I didn't say it out loud...(sorry Dave)...

I guess what I am trying to say is "Turn key in your old boat", Because if that is the case, I would have fixed the steering cable and had it detailed and asked the $12K that Marcsrollin was talking about earlier...
