this one looks liike a nice place,do you have to carry insurance and how secure is this place,is there tax on the storage fee, sorry for all the questions just not sure about if it's worth it in the long run with increased wear and tear in the hot climate,and I wonder if I could get insurance being out of country

I have a 40' storage condo in ft Mohave. There are a few in there for 140-150 a month rent or you can buy one for mid 20s they are gated, alarmed cameras everywhere and have water and power also a public bathroom with showers

Some rain here in the high desert late Sunday night and throughout Monday. I'm glad my garage does not leak.The Hallett stayed dry. I can't wait to get the bottom side wet this weekend.
