I have a 40' storage condo in ft Mohave. There are a few in there for 140-150 a month rent or you can buy one for mid 20s they are gated, alarmed cameras everywhere and have water and power also a public bathroom with showers
what does a 12x25 indoor go for per month??the only price I have so far is $165 a month in ft mohave with 2 months free if I pay the year.what kind of problems will the excessive heat cause to a stored boat???

There is outlets on the outside of the unit so you can keep your batteries charged up. The weather is dry so I fill up a bucket full of water and leave it in the unit as well.
