We'll I was wandering If bahners had chrome symbols or painted on I have looked everywhere but have only found one bahner with it on there and it was paintedAll the bahners ive ever seen had painted on symbols.

That some cool stuff man. Why are the diverter lines bigger than normal? -6 or so?They are actually -4, but they do look bigger in the photo.
First, I want to be clear - these will only be sold at events and will not be available online in the store. It's kind of a "I was there" thing.

What is the purpose of moving the intake/pump? Ive been reading about people setting their pumps back...does anyone move them forward?Most people set back there pumps for a performance gain, by moving the pump back you are moving the thrust line of the pump back creating more lift. You'll see a lot of race boats and some hotrod river boats with setbacks. Also moving the intake back allows the hand hole to be outside the boat (being able to put a pop off valve on) and makes more room in the drive line to be able to add a jet-a-way.

I know there are a lot of prop boats that run on the river, but is there any one on here that can give some insight to running the props on the lower river areas?My dad runs his ultra IO down by us. He has only taken out 3 props in 10 years lol just aim for the dark spots hal.
I have a 20 Spectra with an IO.
I am intrested in the areas of laughlin, Needles, Parker, Big River and Aha Quin to Blythe.
Hey Greg hows it going? Ya ive been taking notes and watchin every move he does on it.. Jeff is a awesome guy and really cool to shoot the shit with. Hes obviously very smart so its fun to pick his brain with different ideas. According to Jeff there is no such thing as a "out of the box" bottom ready to do 130 + so although its not a lot of major work hes doing its more fine detail. He gave me the option since I know bodywork to finish the bottom when he has the overall shape 80% done. So soon as he gives me the green light ill be able to do final detail work, then prime and paint the bottom. Jeffs spent 3 days so far on the bottom and will be finished with his part tomorrow. =)
I picked up intake manifold from powder coater today, so Ill scuff that up tomorrow and shoot it to match the block . Im hoping to have engine back and assembled by the end of April , after they dyno it of course
Soon as im fished with the bottom ill flip it back over and start on the cap job around the whole boat. That shold be fun... Not gonna lie, ive never " capped " a boat before, no better way to learn then on ur own brand new boat right ?

Has anyone seen or herd of spraying the bottom of the iside and stringers with linex instead of doing carpet

I was thinking flat black because I already have some over spray and that would make a lot less work of color sanding and buffing. Should I just do where I "expect" the boat to ride?I start the spray about 1 and a half feet in front of the intake and to the end of boat.

And what is speed coat? Should I do it?It's looking good. Speed coat it's just a graphite paint you spray on the bottom. If you do flat black paint it does about the same thing.

Oh jake dnt trip there's gnna be many more times and we will make it to ur park on the golf cart Sam and me and my son almost got shot but wow it was crazy!! Good thing we came back to take the car .. Good times at Mac with ya drunk ass my head still hurtsIt's going to be a fun season for sure. I was hammered Saturday, but you guys are nuts for trying to make that 15 mile run in the golf cart. Hahaha
