just saying....
its a bit of work to pull pump, just to spin motor over by hand. if pump is good to go, it shouldnt prevent you from turning motor over....and should not be at risk of damaging pump. youre turning it over by hand....
its your float...do what you wish. just tossing in a couple pennies
For a boat and trailer that have rolled and flipped off the side of the road, I'd say it's in pretty good shape.
You do what you got to. If you don't find they will have it. It's 10 miles for me just easy they have a lot of what I need.

fittings are 3/8-8an 90* I can get them tomorrow and I already have tap and drill bit... Get that bow hook fixed up and tow her out. I will be out Friday sometime should take a whole 20 mins to fix up
