its a bitch to get it to go back into the right spot.  when mine flipped going up a steep driveway i had to put the trailer frame on jackstands and use a jack and a crowbar to flip em around... or you can always unbolt em and put em back together the right way but usually after hundreds of dips in the water those bolts are frozen solid.

Holy god that boat is waaayy too fukin fast.  I noticed that it flexes ALOT... is that normal?

thats a light layup for ya... just take it easy over the bumpy stuff.

theres always one who has to knock on the new guy...lol prob a bully in H.S. or bully'd hhahhaa

we've all been there before... i dunno what id do if my motor started knocking, etc.  probably why it doesnt see much use over 3-3500rpms right now.  dont have the money to buy new motors.

trim tabs fully mounted and siliconed on.  used orings on the bolts and washers along with 3m marine silicone to seal em up.  all holes are coasted in resin, etc. 



the 110s tabs are pretty sweet in that they have the pumps attached to them... having 3x trim pumps not only is heavy but a lot of hydraulic hoses, wiring, etc back there...



now to wire em up with some relays (put em on an amp meter and they dont pull more than ~25 amps when running so no need for the big solenoids like the regular trim pumps)  and then integrate it into my existing wire loom.

was that boat recently purchased or recently for sale?  i swear ive seen it on craigslist.  it has a unique gelcoat scheme.

i personally wouldnt confront your supervisor UNTIL you have something else lined up.  if they know that you know about them replacing you, they might just let you go on the spot.  i personally wouldnt want a disgruntled employee making trouble knowing they're on their way out... i figure you have at least 30 days.  they would have to interview someone, and then wait for them to give notice, etc assuming they have an already existing job.  once you have something secured with an offer letter, go talk to em.  you'll have an ace up your sleeve and IF they arent replacing you, you have even more leverage to ask for a raise and if they dont agree you can give notice.

it looks like someone cut a fulton down the middle and bolted it up at each end... i dont see why it wouldnt work that way...

manual valves at my fuel seperator.  then a single line out to the carb.  keep it simple.  electric stuff fails and usually at the crappiest of moments...

I know it will be a lot of work and time even money but up for task. Have been through a lot of old posts and saw some bucket seat/ bench on sides and liked those. I know motor will be the biggest expense.

having done the cocktail seats in my last boat, thats why i suggested with the buckets and bench seat.  first of all, my passengers *NEVER* felt safe in cocktail seats...

how much experience have you had with fiberglass?  it might be worthwhile for you to use some red solo cups and mix small batches with some cloth to get used to it.  getting a right mixture to ambient temp is SUPER critical with poly resins.  too much and your whole cup will go up in smoke, literally. too little and you'll have a sticky mess that will never cure.

bbc, 2 buckets and a bench.  put full stringers and a bulkhead in it while you have the chance.
