I just replaced the plugs mid season last year. Boat is running great I just noticed it when I went to clean it and there was a lot more than it usually has

yes on the outside of the boat. seems really rich to put that think film of oil on the transom.

it has to be coming from the exhaust tips. I just notice it at the end of the day. 454 BBC. couldn't tell you the oil pressure as it was from a couple months ago. Someone told me that the breather on the valve cover should be in the front no the back and that might fix the issue.

I have noticed that the last couple time I have taken the boat out that the transom has a good layer or oil on the transom at the end of the day. I am running 10w/30. how can I stop this?

I want to take the boat in over the winter to have a good once over. nothing is wrong with it but I think it would be a good idea to have someone do a full tune up (maybe adding a couple bolt on parts). Where in OC would be a good place to take it and what would I be looking at in cost?

When I tie up nose out is there a trick on getting the anchor to catch quickly in the current ect or just toss and pray? I only have done it nose out with pre-placed anchors.

is there a way to tighten this? I always have a feeling that one day it just might just close for some reason lol. It is very easy to use the handle and would like it to need more pressure to switch. thanks for the help.

I just picked up a new exhaust and getting rid of the logs. I now need 4" Vs. the 3" that is currently on the boat. so my question is how do I cut a clean hole in the transom to start. I found a drill guide online but I don't see anyway of holding it straight without bolting in on. also I know this may sound dumb but what about adding a couple layers of exhaust hose to the current tips to bring them to 4". thanks for the help
